Artists do I.T course with Community Arts North West

DO I.T. is a new training course for artists or creatives who are currently unemployed or working less than 8 hours a week. The course aims to raise the profile of artists and producers from culturally diverse and refugee backgrounds by developing their digital skills and online presence.

The artists taking part in the course work in a diverse range of media, from woodcarving, to theatre, to film, to puppet making and are learning how to use free and open source software to document, record and promote their work.

DO I.T. is currently taking place at CAN every Wednesday until 11th September 2013.
